I’m Morgan Ellsworth, a trauma-informed Board Certified Coach (BCC) supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating betrayal, relational disruption, and rebuilding trust.
I hold a degree in Family Life from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from Capella University. I have I completed my MFT internship working with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, relational conflict, and emotional regulation. I am currently working toward MFT licensure in Arizona.
My experience includes supporting teens and families using trauma-informed practices to build emotional awareness, regulation, and effective coping during high-stress seasons. I am a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist-Associate (CCPS-A) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS). I am also a Brainspotting Level 2 practitioner and incorporate Brainspotting techniques to support nervous system regulation and insight when appropriate.
In addition to coaching, I am a Reiki practitioner and offer energy-based support as an optional complement to the work.
I am a wife and mother of two young children, and my own family is in a process of healing. This shapes my belief that growth is possible when people feel safe, supported, and respected. My approach is collaborative, structured, and paced to honor readiness, boundaries, and each person’s capacity for change.
